The IEEE ILC is a volunteer‑driven conference. Speakers participate without honoraria, and travel support is not provided.

Emerging Leaders

This track focuses on leadership skill‑building, strategic thinking, and career progression. Participants engage in sessions on leading teams and initiatives, managing complexity and change, entrepreneurship and innovation in practice, and balancing professional growth with personal purpose. Interactive workshops, peer exchange, and practical case discussions equip attendees to move from technical or individual contributor roles into broader leadership and influence.

Seasoned Professionals

This track emphasizes mentorship, knowledge transfer, and legacy leadership. Sessions explore coaching and advising the next generation, board and volunteer leadership, civic and community engagement, and personal reinvention beyond full‑time employment. Participants share lived experience, strengthen cross‑generational connections, and identify pathways to remain engaged, influential, and fulfilled as leaders and mentors.
