Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 18 September 2026. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.

Student Registration Sponsorship (IEEE ProSentials)

IEEE ProSentials is sponsoring 20 IEEE Student registrations for the 2026 IEEE International Leadership Conference (ILC). This sponsorship covers registration fees only, including access to all conference sessions and conference‑provided breaks/lunch.

• One registration per student
• Submission through the interest form only

Students interested in being considered for a sponsored registration should submit their information via the form below. All submissions must be received through this form to ensure proper tracking and review.

Submit Interest Form

Submissions will be reviewed by the ILC committee. Sponsored registrations will be awarded on a first‑come, first‑served basis, pending verification of active IEEE Student or Graduate Student Member status. Selected students will receive a registration code directly from the registration team. Codes must be redeemed by the stated deadline.
